The State of Guanduania is saddened by the news of a car bomb that exploded in a western neighbourhood of the Afghan capital Kabul early Monday morning killing at least 12 people, as officials have confirmed.
Guanduania aims to promote peace and mutual understanding in the world, we therefore condemn the attack and call all the parties to the conflict to resolve their differences peacefully. Stop shedding the blood of innocent people to reach your goals. There is a better way to resolve conflict: Sitting and talking to each other.
Guanduania also calls the friends of Afghanistan to double efforts to help resolve the conflict in that country which has now endured for decades.
